Rental Application
Required items to submit with application in order for it to be processed include:
Three current pay stubs from current employer.
First four pages of most recent Federal Tax Return and W-2.
Employer reference letter stating your salary, position, and length of employment.
Proof of your identification (Drivers License or picture identification - Passport).
Copies of two most current rent statements or rent receipts from your current landlord.
